NEW BOOK FEATURING ORIGINAL MATEO ARTWORK OUT NOW!
A fantastic new book by Dave Oneal titled "Anaheim Vacationland" has finally been published and is now available for purchase. The book is a unique visual history of the area surrounding Disneyland as it appeared in its 1950's and 60's heyday when it was full of wild and highly themed midcentury hotels and amusements. MATEO has illustrated the cover of the book and has provided many original interior illustrations which have been designed to complement the authors amazing collection of photographs and ephemera from this unique period in time. MATEO SOLO SHOW AT THE WSU MUSEUM OF ART OPENING ON MAY 18!
Mateo will have a solo gallery showing at the Washington State University Museum of Art in Pullman Washington. The show, titled "The World of Mateo" opens to the public on Tuesday May 18th with an opening reception at 6pm and runs through July 2nd.
